Once Upon a Time…
Two TCs, loving what they do, continued to surpass their doctors’ dreams of case acceptance and business growth. One (rainy) day in Seattle and after a long day of back-to-back new patients, Tuesday and Tracy killed it with the highest conversion rate on record, and were feeling a peak of success. In that moment of reflection, they looked at one another and said: “We could teach other teams to do this!” That was when Straight Wire Consulting was born.

With a blackbelt in orthodontics and a game-changing conversion rate, Tracy has mastered the art of providing the highest level of patient care while creating a rhythm the team can dance to.
Over the past 14 years in orthodontic offices ranging from start-ups to multi-practice/multi-doctor, Tracy has developed a method for increasing case acceptance, improving office efficiency and introducing standout marketing strategies.
Passionate about the business of orthodontics and after holding every position one can have in an orthodontic practice, she is a firm believer in the team behind the doc. Much of her focus is spent working with docs, treatment coordinators, patient coordinators, and clinical assistants to boost the “New Patient Experience” and enhance the practice’s mark in the community.

Tuesday started in the dental field when she was just 14 years old! Not to date her, but she’s been dedicated to her patients, doctors, and team members for 26 years. With her exceptional career pedigree, Tuesday has organized an extensive network of dental professionals, becoming an easily recognized name in the industry.
As a practice consultant, she has an effortless ability to identify areas of the practice that benefit from her experience and coach each member of a team in a relatable, productive way.
Inspiring and developing the spark that makes a team go from good to exceptional is what drives Tuesday’s passion for practice growth.
Working along side fellow TCs is a personal favorite of hers. Tuesday feels there is a sisterhood between those that hold the unique role of a TC, and enjoys teaching her tips or “tricks” for increased case conversion and professional success.
Charles is the financial brain of Straight Wire, promoting operational efficiencies and financial effectiveness to orthodontic practices.
His background is as a Big 4 CPA. Working with public banks and investment firms, he has refined his craft in operational finance at a large logistics company and currently provides buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory services. His experience has given him a keen insight into creating systems that promote financial health and control, adding value through best practices, providing a clear picture of the business, and freeing orthodontists to focus on what they do best.
